A third-generation small business entrepreneur, Robyn S. Quinter is the firm’s president, founder and principal designer. John B. Quinter is the firm’s computer geek and guru, officially known as its vice president for information systems and technology. The Quinters are passionate about creating memorable, extraordinary projects with integrity and imagination that meet and exceed their clients’ needs and expectations. In 2008, Robyn was honored as the recipient of the 2008 Greater Olney-Sandy Spring ATHENA award. Quinter Design was named the 2008 Volunteer of the Year by Peerless Rockville Historic Preservation and 2007 Business of the Year by Threshold Services. In addition, the firm was honored as the only Montgomery County nominee for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce’s 2003 Small Business of the Year. The firm also was named the Olney Chamber of Commerce’s 1999 Business of the Year and received its 2002 Partners in Business Award.
